Access Personal Correspondence History
EM users can access their personal correspondence history from their Update My Information page. This people-based Correspondence History includes most emails related to the particular user (sent to or by the user).
To access your personal correspondence history:
- Click your name in the top right corner of the page to open the user drop-down menu.
- Click the Update My Information link to open the Update My Information page.
- Click the Correspondence History button that appears in the left section of the page. This opens your Correspondence History pop-up window.
Several tools enable letters to be sorted and filtered:
- Choose Fixed Date Range: Use the drop-down menu to select a range.
- Enter Customized Date Range: Use the calendar tools or enter start and end dates in the text boxes.
- Results per Page: Use the drop-down menu to select the number of items to display per page.
Note: Depending on your role, you may also have permission to access correspondence related to a submission through the submission's Action column.
