Access Personal Correspondence History

EM users can access their personal correspondence history from their Update My Information page. This people-based Correspondence History includes most emails related to the particular user (sent to or by the user).

To access your personal correspondence history:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the page to open the user drop-down menu.
  2. Click the Update My Information link to open the Update My Information page.
  3. Click the Correspondence History button that appears in the left section of the page. This opens your Correspondence History pop-up window.

Several tools enable letters to be sorted and filtered:

  1. Choose Fixed Date Range: Use the drop-down menu to select a range.
  2. Enter Customized Date Range: Use the calendar tools or enter start and end dates in the text boxes.
  3. Results per Page: Use the drop-down menu to select the number of items to display per page.

Note: Depending on your role, you may also have permission to access correspondence related to a submission through the submission's Action column.
