Publishers with multiple EM/PM sites can configure them to allow users to view open task assignments across all sites in the Publication Group. This feature is available to sites that belong to the same Business Publisher and use the same Unified Database.
Editor and Publisher role users with permission to assign editorial tasks (Task Manager) or submission production tasks (ProduXion Manager) will see a Cross-Publication Availability link on the Assign Task page. The link opens the Task Assignment Candidates page that lists all users (Editor or Publisher roles) who are configured as eligible recipients and their open task assignments across all publications.
To enable this feature, contact your Aries Account Coordinator. Publication sites must belong to the same Business Publisher with a UDB (Unified Database).
