Define Identifiers to Display
The appearance of production tracking pages can be simplified by limiting the identifiers that display. One or more identifiers can be selected for display:
- Manuscript Number: This identifier is carried over from Editorial Manager or entered by an Editor using the short submission process in production.
- DOI: This identifier can be assigned automatically when the Author is notified of an Accept decision in Editorial Manager or when production is Initiated.
- Corresponding Author Name (Corresponding Author's country appears in brackets after the name.)
- Article Title
In addition to the identifiers listed above, the Preprint DOI can be configured to display on the Production Status Grid. Preprint DOI will not appear on other production-tracking pages.
To Configure:
Go to PolicyManager > ProduXion Manager > Configure Identifiers Displayed in Production Tracking.
- In the top section of the page, check the box next to one or more identifiers to enable display on production-tracking pages.
- In the bottom section of the page, check the box next to Display the Preprint DOI to enable display on the Production Status Grid.
- When finished, click Submit.
