Editor Access to People-based Correspondence History

Users in EM have access to their own people-based Correspondence History from their Update My Information page.

Editors with permission can access another user's Correspondence History via the Search People – Search Results page. A Correspondence History link appears next to each name in the results list.

To access a person's Correspondence History:

On the Search People – Search Results page, click the Correspondence History link to open a pop-up window.

Several tools enable letters to be sorted and filtered:

Choose Fixed Date Range: Use the drop-down menu to select a range.
Enter Customized Date Range: Use the calendar tools or enter start and end dates in the text boxes.
Results per Page: Use the drop-down menu to select the number of items to display per page.
