Email Report (EAR or Cross-Publication EAR)
Steps described below apply to both Enterprise Analytics Reporting and Cross-Publication Enterprise Analytics Reporting.
Editors may send a report via email.
To email a report:
- Click the Email icon (on the menu page or in the toolbar on report page after running report) to open a pop-up window.
- In the pop-up, use the drop-down list to choose a letter template. (The list displays all letters configured in the Enterprise Analytics Reporting letter family.)
- Click the Customize Letter button.
- On the Customize Letter page, complete fields as needed: To, From, Subject, CC, and the letter body.
- Select a file format option. Check the box next to the desired format: PDF, Excel, CSV, XML.
- Click the Preview and Send button to review the message.
- When finished, click Send Email.
