Email Report (EAR or Cross-Publication EAR)

Steps described below apply to both Enterprise Analytics Reporting and Cross-Publication Enterprise Analytics Reporting.

Editors may send a report via email.

To email a report:

  1. Click the Email icon (on the menu page or in the toolbar on report page after running report) to open a pop-up window.
  2. In the pop-up, use the drop-down list to choose a letter template. (The list displays all letters configured in the Enterprise Analytics Reporting letter family.)
  3. Click the Customize Letter button.
  4. On the Customize Letter page, complete fields as needed: To, From, Subject, CC, and the letter body.
  5. Select a file format option. Check the box next to the desired format: PDF, Excel, CSV, XML.
  6. Click the Preview and Send button to review the message.
  7. When finished, click Send Email.
