Reviewer Status

Editors can review the status of a submission's invited Reviewers in three places:

On the submission's Details page
On the submission's Reviewer Selection Summary page
In the submission's Review Status column (displayed in various Editor folders)

Text in the Review Status column is color-coded for visibility. The following information is displayed for the current revision of the submission:

Information	Display format
Number of reviews completed	Complete [green]
Number of reviews with a partial review saved	Partial Review Saved [teal]
Number of Reviewers agreed who have not started review	Agreed [orange]
Number of Reviewers invited who have not responded	Invited – No Response [red]
Number of Reviewers late	Late [bold red]

Hovering the cursor over the Review Status information cell or clicking the (more…) link displays more detailed information about the submission's review progress:

Reviewer names appear as a hyperlink to the People Information page
Reviewers suggested by Author are noted
For partial reviews saved, due date is noted
For late reviews, number of days past due is noted
Reviewers who declined are listed along with any reason provided
