Summary and Annual Reports
The Summary and Annual Reports section provides the Editor with tools for reporting on performance and usage information.
Classification Index Report
The Classification Index Report displays a list of current publication classifications and the total number of people and documents assigned to each. Hidden classifications are not displayed in the report.
Click the link to run report.
Document Classification List Report
The Document Classification List Report displays all documents and their assigned classifications, listed by manuscript number. Results are sorted by final disposition, then by manuscript number. Classifications are listed in the right-hand column if applicable.
- Click the link to open the report page.
- Use the radio button to select a time frame for the report.
- Click Submit.
Reviewer Performance Report
The Reviewer Performance Report provides a summary of Reviewer activity for all submissions received during a selected time frame. Detailed performance statistics are provided for each Reviewer, along with a link to more detailed information about each Reviewer.
- Click the link to open the report page.
- Use the radio button to select a time frame for the report.
- Use the corresponding drop-down menus to define date range.
- Optional: Narrow results based on Reviewer role. Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Reviewer roles.
- Optional: Narrow results by Article Type and/or Section/Category. One or both may be selected.
- Article Type: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Article Types.
- Section/Category: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Sections/Categories.
- List Board Members first: Check this box to display results with board members first.
- Include Reviewer and Manuscript Ratings in result set: Check this box to include these data.
- Optional: Create extraction file for download: Check this box to access a download file. A Download link will appear on the results page.
- Include Reviewer’s Classifications in download file: Check this box to include these data.
- Include Reviewer’s Keywords in download file: Check this box to include these data.
- Include Inactivated Users: Check this box to include inactivated users in report results.
- Display All Reviewers in the system: Check this box to include all users with the selected Reviewer roles even if they were not invited to review during the specified date range.
- Click Submit.
Editor Performance Report
The Editor Performance Report details various data within a defined time frame for an individual Editor. The report includes decision summary, turnaround time, and key statistics indicating Editor performance. Results are displayed in three sections: Editor Assignment Summary (includes total number of assignments, pending assignments, decisions made, and terminated assignments), Editor Decision Table (includes decision statistics by decision term and revisions), and Editor Performance Statistics (includes statistics related to Reviewer invitations and information, assignment response information, and decision information).

- Use the radio button to select a time frame for the report.
- Choose an Editor Performance Report: Use the drop-down menu to select an individual Editor.
- Optional: Narrow results by Article Type and/or Section/Category. One or both may be selected.
- Article Type: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Article Types.
- Section/Category: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Sections/Categories.
- Click Submit.
Journal Accountability Report
The Journal Accountability Report is a statistical breakdown of all publication activities, including the number of submissions received, number of revisions requested, number of Editor's decisions, etc. The report may be run for a specific data set, or all data sets, for a specified time frame.
- Click the link to open the report page.
- Use the radio button to select a data set option.
- Use the radio button to select a time frame for the report.
- Optional: Narrow results by Article Type and/or Section/Category. One or both may be selected.
- Article Type: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Article Types.
- Section/Category: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Sections/Categories.
- Click Submit.
Manuscript Country/Region of Origin Summary Report
The Manuscript Country/Region of Origin Summary Report provides a summary of all submitted manuscripts between the chosen start and end dates (based on initial date submitted).
Results are displayed by country/region of origin and are broken out by final disposition. Results include number of manuscripts in each category, percentage of the total number of manuscripts in the time frame, percent accepted/rejected, average days to review, and average days from receipt to final disposition.

- Select region of origin: Use the radio button to select an option.
- Corresponding Author's country of origin: Use the multi-selector tool to choose one or more countries. If no countries are selected, the system will select all to run the report.
- Manuscript geographic region of origin: Use the multi-selector tool to choose one or more regions. If no regions are selected, the system will select all to run the report.
- Optional: Narrow results by Article Type and/or Section/Category. One or both may be selected.
- Article Type: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Article Types.
- Section/Category: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Sections/Categories.
- Date range: Use the radio button to select a date range for the report.
- Sort results by: Use the drop-down list to select an option.
- Optional: Create extraction file for download: Check this box to access a download file. A Download link will appear on the results page.
- Click Submit.
Manuscript Country/Region of Origin Detail Report
The Manuscript Country/Region of Origin Detail Report provides data for all submitted manuscripts between the chosen start and end dates (based on initial date submitted).
Results are displayed by country/region of origin. Results include one row for each manuscript in process or with a final disposition with an initial date submitted in the selected time frame.
- Click the link to open the report page.
- Select region of origin: Use the radio button to select an option.
- Corresponding Author's country of origin: Use the multi-selector tool to choose one or more countries. If no countries are selected, the system will select all to run the report.
- Manuscript geographic region of origin: Use the multi-selector tool to choose one or more regions. If no regions are selected, the system will select all to run the report.
- Optional: Narrow results by Article Type and/or Section/Category. One or both may be selected.
- Article Type: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Article Types.
- Section/Category: Use the multi-selector tool to select one or more Sections/Categories.
- Date range: Use the radio button to select a date range for the report.
- Sort results by: Use the drop-down list to select an option.

Reviewer Country of Origin Report
The Reviewer Country of Origin Report is a summary of all reviews assigned between a specified start and end date (based on the date a manuscript is received) grouped by final disposition (including incomplete) and sorted by the country of origin of the Reviewer.
- Click the link to open the report page.
- Use the radio button to select a time frame for the report.
- Click Submit.
ISO Standard Country Comparison Report
The ISO Standard Country Comparison Report compares the address record for all users to the publication's selected version of the ISO 3166-1 Newsletter standard list of countries.
Results display any user records containing a country that does not appear on the ISO standard list. Results may be generated into a tab-delimited file for download.

- Optional: Exclude blank country values: Check this box to omit records with no country data from the report.
