The email system that sends communications from Editorial Manager (EM) and ProduXion Manager (PM) is being migrated to cloud-based servers in late 2023. The information below applies to the new cloud-based servers.
Receiving email from EM/PM publication sites
Users who work for institutions that limit the domains from which their employees can receive email may discover they are no longer receiving email from EM/PM after the migration of the publication they are corresponding with.
This may be due to the change in Editorial Manager IP addresses.
Users should contact their institution’s email administrators and have them safelist the domain: *.editorialmanager.com.
Email size limit
The size of mails sent from within EM/PM (including attachments) is limited to 30 MB.
