On publications using the Similarity Check feature, Authors may see a View Similarity Check Results link in the Action column. The score of the report and the revision number of the PDF that was submitted to the check (if the PDF is for Revision 1 or higher) appear next to the link.
The link is available in most Author folders (except Declined Revisions).
Click the link to open the Similarity Report, which shows results of the check.
Reviewer roles (with permission) may also see the View Similarity Check Results link in the Action column in the Pending Assignments folder.
Note: Author and Reviewer links display only when a completed check is available for viewing.
Users with Editor and Publisher roles (with permission) may view Similarity Check results via a Similarity Check/iThenticate Results link in the submission's Action column, on the File Inventory page, and on the submission's Details page (if configured to display). The submission's Similarity Check score appears next to the link.
Click the link to open the Similarity Report, which shows results of the check.
These user roles may also have permission to select and send submission files manually to Similarity Check via the File Inventory page.
Note: While these users may select submission files other than the Reviewer PDF from the file inventory to send to Similarity Check, only results on checks to the Reviewer PDF are made available to Author and Reviewer roles (with permission).
