Allow Editors to Modify Existing Reviews

An Editor (with appropriate permission) can add to or edit a review that has already been completed. This can occur at any stage in the process following the Reviewer's submission of a recommendation.

This feature might be used in the following scenarios:

Reviewer submits a review and then discovers additional research or performs additional studies, which may influence his comments and/or recommendation. The Reviewer would like to change his recommendation and/or add comments to his review.
Reviewer types comments into the comments field for the wrong manuscript and submits the recommendation by mistake.

TO CONFIGURE:

Go to RoleManager > Editor Role. Grant permissions to the applicable Editor roles:
