ChronosHub Report

Publications using ChronosHub as a Manuscript Service Provider (MSP) can schedule a weekly report to send to ChronosHub. The report facilitates the transfer of data related to accepted submissions to ChronosHub. These data are used by ChronosHub to supplement the MSP APIs on their portal. An Editor with reporting permissions must schedule the report to send the data to ChronosHub. Single-publication and multiple-publication versions of the report are available through Enterprise Analytics Reporting or Cross-Publication Enterprise Analytics Reporting.

To schedule the report:

1. Go to the applicable Reporting menu:
   1. For a single-publication report: Enterprise Analytics Reporting
   2. For a multiple-publication report: Cross-Publication Enterprise Analytics Reporting
2. In the Third Party Exports section, click the Schedule icon next to ChronosHub Report (or Cross-Publication ChronosHub Report). This opens the Reports Delivery Schedule page.
3. On the Report Delivery Schedule page, complete the fields as follows:
   • Schedule Description: Enter a description.
   • Delivery Frequency: Use the drop-down menu to select Daily.
   • First Delivery Date: Enter the date you want to start the report.
   • Number of Deliveries: Use the drop-down menu to select the maximum number.
   • Delivery Method: Use the radio button to select SFTP.
   • SFTP Options:
     • SFTP Server Address: Enter the SFTP address provided by ChronosHub.
     • Username: Enter the username provided by ChronosHub.
     • Password: Enter the password provided by ChronosHub.
     • Subdirectory: Leave blank.
     • Email Address (for transmittal notification): Enter an email address to receive success and error notifications.
     • Include CSV of report: Check the box next to this option. (Do not check other options.)
4. When finished, click Save Delivery Schedule.

To Configure:

The publication must contact ChronosHub to enable this integration. ChronosHub will provide an import username, import password, and SFTP address.

Enterprise Analytics Reporting and Cross-Publication Enterprise Analytics Reporting, if applicable, must be enabled on the publication site. Contact your Aries Account Coordinator.
