In some places in EM, names appear as links. When clicked, each name link goes to a unique People Information page that displays contact information, people notes, and personal classifications, as well as information related to each role the user may have: review statistics, review assignments, Editor assignments, and authored submissions.
The People Information page can also be accessed from the Search People – Update Information page by clicking on the Activity Details button.
This page is divided into two parts. The Summary Statistics section includes contact information, people notes, additional details, personal classifications, and review statistics. The Detailed Statistics section includes lists of review assignments, Editor assignments, and authored submissions.
Exactly what appears depends on site configuration and the permissions of the user accessing the page. Fields will appear editable if the user has Edit permissions. Fields will appear only as readable with corresponding View permissions, and the fields will be suppressed if the user does not have View permissions.
The entire Detailed Statistics section is suppressed when the Editor does not have the RoleManager permission, View People Activity Details. A publication might opt to suppress this section, because it can give an Editor visual access to submissions assigned to other Editors.
Access to elements on the People Information page rely on several permissions.
Go to RoleManager > Editor Role > Grant permissions to the applicable Editor roles:
