Publications may provide instructions on the Author Main Menu. This informational text may include guidance on how to respond to invitations to submit, reminders not to submit revisions as new submissions, etc.
Any custom instructions appear under the Author Main Menu header on the left side of the page. This space may also be used to display links for Authors to use to supply alternate contact information and dates when they will be unavailable. The publication may also display a link to manuscript services. For information on these features, see:

Go to PolicyManager > General Policies > Customize Author Main Menu Instructions. Enter instructions into the text box. When finished, click Submit.
