All user roles may be given permission to view submission-related correspondence history; however, the extent of correspondence displayed differs by role.
All users may also view their personal correspondence history (system emails sent by or to them). For details, see Access Personal Correspondence History.
A user logged in as an Author may see a Correspondence link in the Action column.
Click the link to open a pop-up window that lists the Author-related correspondence for the submission. Each letter name appears as a hyperlink. Click a letter name to view the full letter information: date sent, recipient(s), subject, and text of the letter.
A user logged in as a Reviewer may see a History link in a submission's Action column. The Correspondence History section of the History page contains a list of all letters associated with the submission. Each letter name appears as a hyperlink. Click a letter name to view the full letter information: date sent, recipient(s), subject, and text of the letter.
A user logged in with a Publisher role may see a History link in a submission's Action column. The Correspondence History section of the History page contains a list of all letters associated with the submission. Each letter name appears as a hyperlink. Click a letter name to view the full letter information: date sent, recipient(s), subject, and text of the letter.
