Information about a submission is available via the Details link in the submission's Action column. For submissions in production, the link appears as Production Details (on publication sites using production tracking).
Publication configuration dictates what information is displayed on the page and which user roles may see it. The Details page may include data about the submission, Corresponding Author and other Authors, Editors and Reviewers assigned to the submission, editorial status, and target publication.
The Details page may also include access to publication-defined Additional Manuscript Detail (AMD) fields. Editors may have permission to view AMD fields via a link on the Details page. An additional permission allows Editors to edit AMD fields. For details, see Additional Manuscript Detail Field.
Publications may also configure two fields on this page to enable users with Editor or Publisher roles to enter notes related to the submission. For details, see Manuscript Notes Field and Flag and Production Notes Field.
